Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1  These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, form the entire agreement between you and mbo77.

2.2  By ticking the acceptance checkbox during account registration, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these terms in their current version.

2.3  mbo77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via the email address associated with your Player Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2.4  If you disagree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support at [email protected].

3.1  To be eligible to open and maintain a Player Account on mbo77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of mbo77 or its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had a Player Account suspended or permanently closed by mbo77 for a breach of these terms;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not diagnosed with or currently receiving treatment for a gambling addiction, and you are not subject to any self-exclusion order on any other licensed betting platform.

3.2  mbo77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by mbo77 will result in account suspension pending verification.

3.3  Registration and use of the Platform by persons who do not meet the eligibility requirements is strictly prohibited. Any winnings generated by an ineligible Player will be void and forfeited.

4.1  Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Player Account on mbo77. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

4.2  You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date. Material inaccuracies in registration details may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3  You must create a strong, unique password for your Player Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. mbo77 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.4  You must notify mbo77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Player Account by contacting [email protected] or via the 24/7 live chat.

4.5  mbo77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to state a reason.

5.1  mbo77 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of the Player journey, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

5.2  Standard KYC documentation includes, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport, or driving license);
• Proof of current residential address issued within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (bank account statement showing your name and account number for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or other supported banks; or e-wallet account screenshot for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja).

5.3  All submitted documents are processed securely and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

5.4  Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold during the verification process and released promptly upon successful completion.

5.5  mbo77 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence (EDD) documentation for accounts with elevated transaction volumes or risk profiles. Refusal to cooperate with EDD procedures may result in account restriction or closure.

6.1  mbo77 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp) via the following supported methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

6.2  Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit within your account dashboard. mbo77 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6.3  Deposits made via direct bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) are typically credited to your Player Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are generally credited instantly. mbo77 is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing bank or e-wallet provider.

6.4  mbo77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are your sole responsibility.

6.5  Funds deposited on the Platform are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational expenditure. Player funds are protected and available for withdrawal at any time, subject to these terms and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus funds.

6.6  mbo77 reserves the right to reverse or decline any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these terms.

7.1  Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. Where this is not technically possible, mbo77 will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified method registered in the Player's own name.

7.2  Withdrawals are processed by mbo77's automated payout system. The majority of withdrawal requests to local Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are processed within 3 to 5 minutes during standard WIB (UTC+7) banking hours. Requests submitted outside standard banking hours may be queued for next-session processing.

7.3  mbo77 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Any fees levied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the Player's responsibility.

7.4  A Player Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be approved. mbo77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds.

7.5  Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per calendar month are defined in the Payment Methods section of the account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

7.6  Withdrawal of Bonus funds is subject to applicable Wagering Requirements having been met in full. Any portion of a Player's balance that represents unfulfilled Bonus funds will not be released until the relevant Wagering Requirement is satisfied.

7.7  mbo77 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal pending completion of fraud checks, AML reviews, or KYC verification procedures. The Player will be notified of any such hold without undue delay.

8.1  mbo77 may from time to time offer Bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each Bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly published on the relevant promotion page at the time of offer.

8.2  Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following standard Bonus conditions apply to all mbo77 Bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed account registration and passed basic identity verification;
• Each Bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, and device unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise;
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for the relevant Bonus; Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from the account if requirements are not met within the stated period;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full;
• Where a Player makes a withdrawal request before completing the Wagering Requirement on an active Bonus, the Bonus and any Bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited automatically;
• mbo77 reserves the right to exclude specific games or betting markets from contributing to Wagering Requirements — the game contribution list is published in the specific promotion terms;
• Bonuses may not be used in combination with other active Bonuses unless explicitly stated.

8.3  mbo77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time. If a Bonus is withdrawn before a Player has had a reasonable opportunity to meet the Wagering Requirement, any already-wagered Bonus funds will be credited to the Player's cash balance on a pro-rata basis.

8.4  mbo77 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward Bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, use of automated betting software, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit Bonus terms, and collusion between accounts. Any Player found to be abusing Bonus terms will have their Bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may have their account permanently closed.

9.1  All sports bets placed on mbo77 — including pre-match, in-play, and outright markets — are subject to the specific betting rules published for each sport and market type in the Sportsbook Rules section of the Platform.

9.2  Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. mbo77 is not liable for any technical error that causes incorrect odds to be displayed, and reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

9.3  Football betting markets available on mbo77 include but are not limited to: match result, Asian handicap (voor bola — the traditional Indonesian football handicap format), over/under totals, both-teams-to-score, correct score, first goalscorer, and accumulator (mix parlay — a multi-selection parlay bet popular among Indonesian bettors). Specific rules for each market type are detailed in the Sportsbook Rules.

9.4  mbo77 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits per bet, per Player, and per market at its discretion. These limits may be applied individually to Player accounts based on betting patterns or risk profile.

9.5  In the event of a match, event, or fixture being suspended, postponed, or abandoned, settlement rules specific to that sport and market type will apply as per the published Sportsbook Rules.

9.6  Any bet placed on an event where the result is already known at the time of placement (regardless of whether the Platform displays the market as open) will be void and the stake returned.

10.1  All casino games available on mbo77 — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and table games — are provided by independently certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game is governed by its own paytable, rules, and stated Return to Player (RTP) percentage.

10.2  All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited and approved. mbo77 does not influence, modify, or interfere with game outcomes.

10.3  In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the game round will be resolved according to the outcome generated by the game server at the point of disconnection. mbo77 is not responsible for connectivity issues on the Player's end.

10.5  In the event of a technical malfunction in any casino game that results in an incorrect payout or game outcome, mbo77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Player's stake. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verified technical malfunction are not payable.

11.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbo77 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering more than one Player Account or operating an account on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform itself;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit pricing inefficiencies;
• Laundering money or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of any illegal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or circumvent any security, fairness, or technical system of the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward mbo77 staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any Player who identifies a bug must report it immediately to support rather than exploiting it.

11.2  mbo77 actively monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Players suspected of prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended immediately pending investigation.

12.1  mbo77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where mbo77 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3;
• The Player's account activity suggests fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Account closure is required to comply with a legal obligation or regulatory direction;
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the Player or a designated representative.

12.2  Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these terms, mbo77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance, including cash funds and Bonus funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, mbo77 may forfeit the balance at its discretion.

12.3  A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any cash balance (excluding unfulfilled Bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days.

13.1  mbo77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, and reality-check notifications from within the account dashboard.

13.2  Players who feel that their gambling may be becoming a problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature available in the account settings or to contact customer support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure.

13.4  mbo77 enforces a strict 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed, all bets voided, and all funds returned to the originating payment method.

14.1  All Intellectual Property on the mbo77 Platform — including but not limited to the mbo77 brand name, logo, website design, software, user interface elements, written content, and game assets — is the exclusive property of mbo77 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

14.2  Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these terms. No Player acquires any ownership right in any element of the Platform through use.

14.3  Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any mbo77 Intellectual Property without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

15.1  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbo77 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, including delays in crediting deposits or processing withdrawals;
• Unauthorized access to a Player Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

15.2  mbo77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the value of the Player's deposited cash balance (excluding Bonus funds) at the time the claim arises.

15.3  Nothing in these terms shall limit mbo77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

16.1  The collection, processing, storage, and use of Player personal data by mbo77 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms & Conditions.

16.2  By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, anti-money laundering compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and (where you have opted in) promotional communications.

16.3  mbo77 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security auditing.

17.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mbo77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the complaint procedure set out in Clause 19 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

17.2  mbo77 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players who access the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to them. mbo77 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or legally available in every jurisdiction.

17.3  If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

18.1  mbo77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the Platform at any given time is the version currently in force.

18.2  Material amendments — defined as any change that materially affects Player rights, withdrawal conditions, Bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — will be communicated to registered Players via email at least seven (7) days in advance of the effective date.

18.3  Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates to reflect changes in payment method availability) may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notice.

18.4  The most recent version date is displayed at the top of this document. Players are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
